As a Business Development Director, you will play an instrumental role in shaping and delivering Microsoft’s vision to drive disruptive innovation and the digital transformation of the Financial Services industry. Your responsibilities will require the ability to understand the parts of the business and their interrelationships to influence strategy development and to drive transformative partnerships. This includes understanding the industry, competition, and expected future developments and challenges, competitive strengths and weaknesses, and opportunities to grow the business.
